Product Management in Practice Business Response

I really like this quote: “These people are the information brokers, the connectors, the expansive thinkers who are actively seeking out new perspectives.” This definition matches my understanding of what a product manager’s job is very well. There is a team of engineers, designers, etc. and the PM’s job is to coordinate and steer them in the “right” direction – and it is also the PM’s job to decide which direction is best. I would ask the author of the book, “how do you deal with difficult people situations like having a toxic engineer or sour office romance in the team?”
