How to manage a decentralized and/or remote team (ex. Being a PM for a DAO)

Learn about the workflow from idea to implementation + 1
How to effectively foster interaction between all relevant stakeholders in a product decision
How to do product management for someone from Tech background i.e. if you have tech skills how can it help you become a better PM.
Understanding what differentiates a good PM from a great PM
