I created this persona by merging two different graduate students at Stanford I interviewed. Our study is focusing on the habit of eating consistently (3 meals and eating at regular times). The persona is able to cook at home, mostly sleeps and wakes up consistently, and eats dinner and breakfast consistently, which is already great. But they have busy schedules near lunch times and they often eat late lunches or skips lunch entirely.

I mapped out the journey above, imagining that an intervention suited to their case would be planning meals ahead of time and bringing a light lunch with them. It may require more effort at the beginning, but once it starts to feel natural, it becomes part of their routine rather than a chore. At that point, it becomes easier for them to eat lunch consistently.
