Participatory Roadmap
Our feature pool:
- Create a project specific bot
- Check high priority items and work status
- Align different stakeholders on my work (update them on my progress)
- Adding local files like PDFs to project bot’s context
- Use bot to start and populate project chats with correct team members
- Use @ in slack channels to prompt our bot outside of the Slackbot
- Using the project bot to prompt AI to change docs, PRDs, etc
- Setting automations like update messages
- Assign tasks/tickets to team members and keep track of which have been completed

PM Interview Insights
Maggie’s Interview:
PM 1:
- “I work with multiple teams, so keeping everyone updated on project progress is one of my biggest challenges. That’s why I prioritize stakeholder alignment early on in the soon category”
- “Trusting AI to edit PRDs and documents isn’t something I’m super comfortable with at the moment. So I’d rather start with visibility and coordination features.”
PM 2 (did not consent to recording our meeting):
- Has a small team therefore prioritizes the bot being able to complete tedious and repetitive task, such as editing and updating PDFs/PRDs.
- In addition, because their team is so small communication across isn’t a huge issue. Therefore they are asking to prioritize features that can reduce workload instead of boosting alignment.
