Our app is Bobo – the hitchhiking app.
There are two main OKRs that we should use for Bobo should we launch for real. The first being an OKR focused on business metrics, and the second more focused on the quality of the user experience. As the unit economics of our business depend on making trips happen (we take a transaction fee), we would use an OKR that signifies that riders and drivers are making trips happen on the platform. As it is a very red-ocean market, we would want to measure the performance of the launch as soon as possible (span of 2 weeks), so that we can calibrate our strategy if we need to. The second OKR focuses on experience of the app, as we want people to keep on using our services, and more importantly, recommend other users to use it.
(1) Make a successful launch for the product
- Get 100 riders to sign up on the platform within 2 weeks
- Get 20 verified drivers to onboard on to the platform within 2 weeks
- Generate 10 trips within 2 weeks
(2) Make an app that people enjoy using
- Get an average Net Promoter Score of 9 from 30 different users
- Address any major crashes in a span of 48 hours
- Get an average driver and rider rating of 4+
