I did two different personas that align with the types of people we have had in our studies so far. Movement Meerkat is a full-time office worker who wants to move primarily to reduce brain fog throughout a demanding work day. Movement Manatee is a full-time student who wants to move more in order to feel healthier and less stressed during the busy-ness of school.
While both are similar personas, Meerkat tends to peak in stress and busy-ness in the middle of the day, and taper off on either side evenly. Meerkat’s main issue is not having enough time to move. On the other hand, Manatee peaks in stress and busyness later in the day, but also stays pretty consistently busy and stressed for more of the day. They are more social and have more small breaks, but are so overwhelmed with obligations that it is hard to incorporate movement.
Below are each of their personas and corresponding journey maps.
