In approaching this pitch, our team initially had a lot of ideas we wanted to incorporate since FarmLink was facing issues from both the consumer side and the supply-chain side. With our main goal being market expansion, our solution in the pitch tackles both: providing flexible tiers and building out the tech stack for better supply-chain management. However, on the day of the pitch, we got valuable feedback: our solution was taking on too much at once, so what would we solve if we only had the time/money to solve the most pressing issue at hand? Taking this into consideration, our team began to think about what to prioritize: the tech stack. On our next iteration of brainstorming, we’ll aim to narrow down on what our customer’s actual needs are before taking on too much at once.
