My group is exploring food waste in dining halls, but I was only able to get one person to do the baseline study. Therefore, I created a persona based on that person: Laura. Overall, the things she experienced are specific to her situation (such as lower appetite due to an orchestra performance), but the overall journey is generalizable. People experience food waste sporadically not consistently, most often linked to one of two reasons (getting too much food and the food looking better than it tastes).
