Personas and User Journey

Brief description: My team has been working on sustainable coffee consumption. For this assignment, I drafted two personas: a senior working on his Honors Thesis and a trendy sophomore who uses coffee cups as his accessories. These are based on my actual interviewees for the baseline study. As can be seen below, they are similar in some things, but have overall different motivations for using a reusable coffee cup. It is interesting to have these different personas in the brainstorming process, as it helps keeps very specific examples of our target audience in mind as we build a product.
