Honestly after reading this, I’m more intimidated by the job of the PM. Having lots of responsibility, needing to meet any need, being the facilitator between different types of people, not being able to have someone else tell you what to do, this sounds TOUGH! And I REALLY resonated with the part about how PMs can be insecure which leads to self-sabotage. That was my experience this past summer… so I guess my question to the author would be, how do you navigate insecurity so that it doesn’t sabotage you as a PM?
