Explanation: For this assignment, I created a prototype persona and two journey maps for the person I interviewed for our study. YZ is a remote paralegal assistant and a recent Stanford graduate. He's taking a gap year to improve his application and spend more time with his family before starting law school.Since he's working remotely, he finds it difficult to not get distracted and spend excessive periods of time on his phone. Since this is going to be the last time he lives with his family, he wants to reduce his screen time and spend more time with them.
