These are the OKRs I would focus on for StudioHub initially:
Objective #1: Launch an MVP that delights Stanford students
KR: 300 Stanford students sign up and make accounts on the MVP.
KR: At least 75% of those students share their personal portfolio with others (this could be directly sending a link to their portfolio to someone, including a link to their StudioHub personal portfolio in their resumes, job applications, LinkedIn, or other social media biographies, etc.).
Objective #2: Grow StudioHub user-base to outside the Stanford community
KR: 300 students/new graduates who are not affiliated with Stanford sign up and make accounts on StudioHub
Objective #3: Have StudioHub users use their StudioHub personal portfolios for job applications
KR: 50% of StudioHub users share their StudioHub links with recruiters, on their LinkedIn, on their resumes, or in job applications
KR: 50% of users have recruiters/employers visit and engage with (click on items, scroll through, etc.) their StudioHub personal portfolio
For each objective, I would only focus on that one objective for a 3-month sprint. After the 3-months, I would move onto the next objective (if that objective was still pertinent to the company and its goal/mission).
