I have come up with two objectives, one more concretely centered on delivering a product that students would want to use and another that more closely aligns with our core values and what we want from our product.
Objective 1: Release a solid MVP to Stanford students.
• 30% of users open the app at least twice a week on average.
• The app receives an average recommendation score of 8.
• There are at least 40 users by the end of the quarter.
Objective 2: Foster a student community for artists and art enthusiasts at Stanford.
• 20% of artists receive at least one DM about their art per week on the app.
• 40% of artists’ stores on the app are viewed by a new user (one who has not seen their store yet) at least once per week.
• Revenue from transactions on the app covers x% of the total cost of maintaining the app.
