OKRs for HOMEFOOD

If our team was to launch HOMEFOOD, we would need to constantly look for signals that our product is/is not working and make adjustment accordingly. It is both important for our product to gain revenue and stick to our company culture (since it is what distinguish us from our competitors), especially at the early stage of our development.

Objective 1: College students are willing to try out our app

  • XX number of students download HOMEFOOD
  • XX number of students place orders with HOMEFOOD
  • XX number of students send messages/reply to messages to home chefs on HOMEFOOD

Objective 2: College students are willing to come back to our app

  • XX number of orders are placed by each student per week on average
  • XX$ are spent by each student per week on average
  • XX% of students/chefs send messages/reply to messages

With each objective, I deliberately keep the three key result around all three main part of our product. Namely, food and connection/community/home, as well as revenue (which will make the first two persist). However, I’m not sure whether this is something we should be targeting at with OKRs. Would love feedback on this!
