SnapEdit – Individual Reflection

Overall, working in a team of randomly assigned members has been a valuable experience for me in learning to collaborate with people who have different communication styles. This diversity in approach helped me adapt and find ways to connect and work more effectively with others. For this specific project, we workshopped many parts of the presentation together and split other parts. One part that I had ownership over was identifying potential risks for our product, which taught me how to comprehensively assess all facets of a product, even those not immediately apparent. Developing mitigation strategies was also insightful; however, feedback showed that some of my strategies weren’t as thorough as they could be (i.e. the mitigation strategy to combat lack of trust in our product). This pushed me to revisit my approach and taught me how to think more critically and develop more robust solutions.
