Ethical Job Response: Would you accept a job at Facebook?

I would potentially work at Facebook but only based on the circumstances of my team and my leadership and whether or not they are able to take constructive criticism for progressive development of the corporation. I think there is a general need also to balance what is available in my skillset, whether I am being paid within what is market value for the amount of and type of labor I have done. Even if there are ethics and convictions, there needs to be compensation for my skillset and ability to grow within my career and find a livable wage. I also find that there isn’t a possibility for a singular person and their labor to fix an entire system, not that it shouldn’t be changed.
