- How do you feel about how the work was divided?
Our team divided work pretty evenly. We did “divide and conquer” on the slides but made sure to go through and provide feedback on all the slides.
- What do you wish you could change, if anything?
I would have started more with defining the product and user. Some of our current activities like Empathy Maps and Ideal Customer Profiles would have been more helpful earlier. A more clear product up front would have saved us some time in editing slides later on.
- What is 1 action item you have to start, stop, or continue going forward?
Our action item going forward is to understand our user better. What design choices should we make for our specific group?
