Team 9 is interested in tackling vegetable intake, i.e. the behavior interventions that lead towards increased / better vegetable intake and attitudes. From our preliminary research / data, we’ve observed that convenience and preference are rather large factors into whether participants eat their desired amount of vegetables that day. Below is a proto-persona of Stella – a recent college graduate (who is experiencing preparing and cooking her own meals for the very first time). She’s working from home and struggling with eating enough vegetables. Stella’s journey map walks you through her morning and before / after consuming her first significant meal of the day.
