The work I did with my team on FarmLink project definitely was a fulfilling experience for me and from which I learned a lot. FarmLink’s mission of creating a direct, sustainable farm-to-table B2B marketplace for restaurants resonated with all of us, and our shared enthusiasm was reflected in the effort we put into each stage of the project.
Reflecting on the work we did I think our teamwork was effective. However the project did highlight some areas where structured workflow could have helped us. There were certain situations when overlapping responsibilities created a bit of ambiguity. But we adapted and learned to communicate better! Overall, the experience underscored the importance of leveraging each person’s strengths and maintaining clear alignment, helping us develop a well-rounded and impactful pitch. From this experience, I’ve learned the importance of proactively anticipating operational and scaling hurdles in product management. I will definitely, because of this course, carry forward a sharper focus on balancing user-centered design with practical, scalable solutions.
