In this study we met Victor, a 22 year old college student who struggles with procrastination. Despite wanting to start his work early and work productively, Victor often ends up distracted by youtube videos and the latest anime episodes. This leaves him feeling guilty, and lowers his self perception, because it also results in him feeling as though he doesn’t deserve to rest or take breaks when he needs them
