Dylan was one of the participants in the study that was distracted by watching videos (Youtube/Netflix) on his devices when he tried to do work. Dylan is not on social media, which is a common distracting factor for many other participants. Instead, it was interesting to see how despite having deleted all his social media to avoid getting distracted, he now gets distracted by watching YouTube. Dylan is able to identify that anxiety is a main factor in keeping him distracted rather than doing work, and that behaviors that alleviate anxiety (going outside for fresh air, exercising) are also correlated with getting distracted less often.
