Maintaining Friendships — Personas & Journey Maps

Continuing our mission this quarter of understanding how to help others better keep in touch with their connections—we created personas and journey maps of the most compelling participants from our baseline study. Mapping these out gave us a more complete picture of the associated pain points, motivations, and stories behind our target users.
