Experience: I was interested in tracking how I multitasked. I was initially interested in how multitasking served as a distracted state of seeming productivity without getting much done at all, but after reflecting on how I spent my time, I see that I spent lots of it multitasking in a very broad sense, like when I was cooking dinner for the house, chatting with the others on cook shift, and listening to music. I’m interested in being more intentional about when and how I multitask to enable more states of focus/flow when I want to.

Models: Measuring Me Part II
Things I would do differently: I definitely changed my behavior because I was measuring a behavior that I wanted to change – I don’t think that what I captured is at all representative. I think I would have to measure my behavior for a long time (at least a week) to get something that converges to be more representation, aka my behavior devolves, or have some other measuring entity that I can kind of forget about.
