Reddit Use:
- I tend to hop on reddit when I’m bored (using the bathroom, waiting for class to start, etc.) and need some stimulus
- I tend to use it for educational purposes when I need help on a project
- I like to use it to be a part of communities and feel connected so I’ll use it when I’m looking for that feel
- I use it a lot to procrastinate hard work or to give my brain a break.

Track Practice
I know this isn’t quite related to my doom scrolling on reddit, but I find this pattern to just be too true
- You train hard for track, which leads to an injury, and then you have to sit out
- After sitting out, you get out of shape and have to train even harder to get back to where you were
- Sometimes in this process you get injured again (same thing or a new issue) which causes the cycle to restart to eternity
- This happens to so many of my teammates, it’s unreal
