I’m Elyse from Team 3, and we’re focusing on decision making.
I created the persona Chris Chooser to represent someone in their early career who is indecisive because they fear making life choices that they will regret. While they are great at making pros/cons lists and rationalizing possible choices, Chris struggles to make decisions without some external reassurance. Since complex decisions rarely have one perfect solution, every option has its upsides and downsides. Focusing on the downsides, Chris often feels as though he’s made the wrong decision, which makes him want to deliberate even more the next time he has to make a big choice.
