  1. Strong start! I feel like the journey map is a little thin on the data that you can use to figure out interventions. Are there times where it’s more important to get off to talk? Are there moments where they feel like they’re wasting their time in particular? Are there times when they feel it’s perfectly okay? For example maybe when the bathroom it’s fine to be on tick-tock. But they don’t want to be on tick-tock when they really should be studying
