Brief Overview of Persona: The persona I chose to focus on was Unorganized Ursula. I chose this persona because upon researching and data from my interviews I found that organized people have better procrastination habits. I thought about what the opposite might have looked like. For example, I believe people who are unorganized lack structure in their lives to be more productive. In essence, people who are unorganized have bad procrastination habits. Below is more about my persona.
Brief Overview of Journey Map: My journey map walks through unorganized Ursula’s day. The time is split up into different times in the day. Some important highlights include when Ursula’s feelings change throughout the day from fine to anxious. Another insight is that she has a moment of realization that she forgot that an assignment was due, a result of putting off work and not knowing what she had to do that day.
