Overall, we came away from our assumptions testing with some amazing takeaways. We found that one of the biggest points of emphasis from potential customers was the delivery interface and window. People have busy lives, and a 3 hour window is too big for them. We now aim to reduce our delivery window to 1 hour, and have users to enter the delivery window before selecting a box. In addition, they want to be able to track their delivery to see where it is and when it will arrive, which is something we will strive to integrate. Also, users do not want to have to reselect their box if they have consistently been ordering it. We will implement an autofill policy for users from their order history, which they can edit if they wish.

This was a fantastic way to get our feet back on the ground and connect with potential customers to see what really matters to them. We will continue to iterate to improve the product.
