I really appreciated getting active feedback from the panel of judges. I thought they were asking exactly the questions we needed to hear in order to find both the optimal and achievable solution we can provide to FarmLink. FarmLink Flex–a revamp of the tech stack that can boost our supply chain efficiency and bolster our regional delivery capabilities–is a great idea, but we have to be clear about the scope of what we are providing. We have a solid amount of research on the impact that this regional capability and improved efficiency can have on the business. I learned a lot in this part of the project about making business calculations that are actually relevant to stakeholders (in this case, the judges) and how to think about these things in an executable way.
