One idea from the reading we used is Cagan’s approach to stakeholder management, particularly the importance of understanding stakeholders’ constraints and involving them early in product discovery (Chapter 61) which connected closely with our team’s research, where 7 of 14 PMs mentioned difficulties keeping track of other teams’ work.
