The first outcome I can think of (based on Christina’s guidelines) is:
Unify the customer base of otherwise disconnected small businesses.
Some key results:
- A majority of users (min. 60-70%) in one loyalty pool with their favourite business visit one of the other businesses in that pool within the first month of signing up.
- 50% of users check for deals and events within their existing pools at least once a week.
- A user signs up for an average of one event every month, at least two events being for businesses they discovered through the app, every six months.
Another outcome is: Create loyalty programs for businesses who don’t otherwise know how to utilise it.
Key results:
- Have at least 200 businesses sign up within the first two months.
- Have 90% of users become members of at least one loyalty pool.
- Provide at least 5% of a given business’s new customers every financial quarter through the app.
