A PM is a people-oriented connective tissue, expertly and efficiently linking up different sets of expertise together, to build and deliver a product. A PM has no one set job and will do everything and anything to get the job done. A good PM is versatile, humble, and a natural communicator.
My question: Most firms don’t have unlimited resources. Is part of being a good PM fighting with other PM’s for resources? Ie. Engineers, designers, head-count, more budget…
