Objective:
Transform group scheduling into a delightful experience for both schedulers and responders
Key Results
- 75% of users who start as responders return the the application as schedulers
- This result is based on our understanding that a majority of responders also have to have to complete the scheduling job. Users starting as responders, then becoming schedulers indicates a positive experience and assessment of value across both roles.
- 90% annual retention of schedulers
- High retention of schedulers indicates that they appreciate the experience and see enough value in the tool to continue using it to complete their scheduling job. We will measure retention across the time frame of one year given our understanding that the group scheduling job may be less common for users as they transition away from the higher education setting
- Acquire 4,000 users within the quarter
- We will know that we have transformed the scheduling experience if we see significant adoption of our product. Given our SOM of the Stanford student population, which includes roughly 16,000 students, acquiring 25% of this population in our first quarter would signal a strong experience.
