If we were going to launch this product, these are the OKRs I would use.

  • OBJECTIVE: Launch a successful MVP on a Bay Area company campus
    • KEY RESULTS:
      • Increase retention to 80% after the first month
      • 30% usage conversion
      • Negotiate with company or town to resolve any prohibitory regulations
  • OBJECTIVE: Maintain fantastic customer service & please customers
    • KEY RESULTS:
      • Randomly survey/receive feedback from 50 customers
      • Recommendation score of 8
      • Roll-out 24/7 call-in customer service with launch
  • OBJECTIVE: Build product trust
    • KEY RESULTS:
      • Randomly survey/receive feedback from 50 customers
      • Less than 5% of bikes are reported stolen
      • Build out a customer referral program & receive 15 customer referrals
