One very important thing that I’ve learned about product management is that at it’s core, you need to deal with people. It’s all about being able to empathize with engineers, designers, and most importantly users.
I really like how the author broke down the skills of a PM:
Communicating with stakeholders
Organizing the product team
Research user needs
Executing day-to-day tasks
One question I have is, how would you recommend gaining industry/domain knowledge (like in preperation for PM interviews)?
