Coinbase
How does it show the problem?
The deck starts by selling bitcoin as fast, global money with no fees (Slides 2 and 3). Then Slide 6 names the problem in three words: “Too Difficult To Use.” It shows the clunky tools people had at the time, so you see the pain instead of being told about it.

What’s the evidence that the problem’s real?
The proof is traction. Signups were growing 20% a day (Slide 9), and users moved $65,000 in the first five weeks (Slide 10). People were already using an early product, so the demand is real.

What’s the size of the market?
The deck never gives a dollar figure. It shows bitcoin moving $2 million a day (Slide 4) and lists uses like international payments, remittances, games, and e-commerce (Slide 5). It asks you to bet on bitcoin itself growing.

What would an investor ask that the deck doesn’t answer?
How does Coinbase make money? There’s no business model slide. I’d also ask: What happens if you get hacked and lose customer funds? How will you deal with money transfer laws? Who’s on the team? And 20% daily growth from what starting number?
What will I steal for my Sanity Check pitch next week?
The analogy on Slide 8: “Coinbase is to bitcoin as iTunes is to MP3.” In one line, anyone gets what the product does. I’ll also copy the style: one idea per slide, big text, and real numbers wherever I have them.
