What I really liked about this article is how bluntly it was written and how easy it was to read. Specifically, I remember I had all these questions about what a PM vs a Product Owner does, and this reading does an excellent job of explaining just how ambiguous every role is. It reminds me of how people in the real world tend to over-emphasize things and give roles fancy titles, when in reality, the work that people do is really quite simple: you’re trying to get to the end of a product.
Would love to figure out what a PM’s perspective on consulting would be.
