Problem
Slide 4 details the problems with external doc sharing: 1) Who in an organization is viewing, 2) What visitors are engaging with, and 3) How to control the visitor experience.

Slide 13 provides evidence that the problem is real with qualitative customer discovery. Importantly, it fails to show that customers will pay to solve the problem.

Slide 7 calculates the size of the market: ~$5.3 billion global market.

Investor Questions
Slide 10 puts DocSend alone in quadrant I: What stops Box or Dropbox from just adding it (Self Serve x Sales) as a feature? What is DocSend’s defensible moat?

Slide 9 lists growth ideas: Where is DocSend’s acquisition cost, retention data, and proof the viral loop works? Are there privacy concerns around tracking recipients?

Steal
I would steal two ideas from Slides 4 and 5: stating the problem using my users’ questions, and mirroring those labels for my product’s solutions.

I would steal another idea from Slide 14: making the pitch itself the demo.
