What we tested. Tada turns a meeting transcript into meeting notes and tickets, each linked to the decision behind it.
How we ran it. Each of us ran two sessions, for [10] in total. We asked participants how their team gets from a meeting to tickets. Then participants came up with their own feature ideas and placed each one on a roadmap under Soon, Later, or Much later.
