Attached is the journey map and behavioral persona for Busy Betty. This persona is one of a very regimented student who relies on routines to get through busy days where time is a precious resource. She grabs coffee from a dining hall with whichever meal is her first in a dining hall that day, usually breakfast, as illustrated bellow. She would like to be more sustainable, but doesn’t see much opportunity in her current morning routine to increase sustainability around grabbing coffee to go from the dining hall because she’s pressed for time most weekdays.
