FarmLink Individual Reflection

I really enjoyed the group dynamic of our team and learned about key elements of the pitch process for internal initiatives in a business. Some of the assignments initially felt unintuitive, like the user journeys, but applying them in practice helped me understand how useful they can be in certain situations. I also took the opportunity to leverage generative AI to help streamline my workflow (it was especially useful in coding up the mockups). The structured group feedback was a useful as well because we can use it to further improve our group dynamic and it shed light on some personal areas of improvement. For future projects, with this group and others, I will focus on clearer role delegation whenever I’m leading a particular initiative within the team.
