Objective: Successfully launch Joyride’s company partnership program

Key Results:

  • Establish company partnerships with 5 companies who offer Joyride as a commuter benefit
    • First step is to test whether companies are willing to use our service to provide transportation to their employees
  • With each company’s program, convert 30 percent of in-office employees to use Joyride through the company program
    • We want to test to see if our offering is appealing enough to switch to from one’s existing mode of transportation
  • Less than 8 percent incidence of theft/hardware issues
    • To ensure our rental service is feasible and the risk of issues is not too great
