In Inspired, Marty Cagan makes the case that great product managers truly understand their users and industry before building anything. We took that to heart. In our interviews, we kept seeing teams go into launches with no real way to know if their product would work, which led to internal conflict over every decision and ultimately delayed launches. So we built AI Simulator. It uses data to model how a launch will perform, so teams can align on decisions and ship on time.
