Personal tracking

The behavior I liked to change was not spending any time in bed and not sleeping when I wake up in the mornings.

In both days when I had the intention of tracking myself and changing this behavior, I had the urge to get out of bed quickly, but because I wanted to keep the experiment data as accurate as possible I forced myself to stay in bed and get our at my normal intervals. I noticed I stay in bed for about 30 minutes and sometimes 45 minutes thinking about different things while also being half sleepy. Here’re the 2 diagrams I drew for the possible habit interactions:
