The behavior I measured for the past 3 days was how I subconsciously resort to caffeine throughout the day. I wanted to understand what sorts of actions/environments would lead me to intake more caffeine. From my two behavior models, I noticed that a lot of the issue stems from the behavior I quantified as “boredom eating” and also cycles found in my models that continuously led me down this spiral. An example of one of these spirals is when I’m feeling tired, I drink coffee to wake myself up to work, however, the caffeine after awhile makes me feel calmer which then leads to me feeling exhausted again.
