Art of the OKR AND Babies, Bathwater and Goal-Setting

If we were going to launch Quinn for realsies, here are some of the OKRs that I would track.

Objective: Build a delightful experience for fashion inspiration discovery

(To observe that users are engaging with our product and believing they are receiving value)

  • Key Result: X% user retention rate after X period of time
  • Key Result: >=X NPS (net promoter score)

Objective: Offer tangible and high-quality product recommendations

(To observe that users are taking action on our product recommendations and that our recommendations are actually affecting the fashion choices of our users)

  • Key Result: X% of recommended items that are visited by the user
  • Key Result: X% of recommended items that are saved (one of our features) by the user
  • Key Result: X% of recommended items that are purchased by the user
  • Key Result: X% of users reporting (or tracking, if we have this technologically in place) putting together an outfit based on information given by our product
