Measuring Me Take 2

From Saturday to Monday, I keep tracking of when I first woke up, when I actually woke up, and when I got out of bed. I’ve known for a while now that I stay in bed for a significant amount of time after my first alarm (usually several hours). I found that when I knew the night before what I planned to do in the morning it was easier to get out of bed while on mornings where I had no specific plan it was difficult to find motivation or a reason to get out of bed. From this, I think “planning out” my morning, even if that’s as small as knowing which assignment I want to work on, would be helpful to reduce how long I take to get out of bed.
