I’m not entirely sure which stage we’re supposed to do the OKRs for (ex. Right now or for a launch) since the wording is the assignment is a bit unclear, but here are 2 examples:
Objective: Implement thorough user testing of BoBo
Key result 1: Achieve usability score of at least X on our mockups evaluated on Y target customers
Key result 2: Conduct X usability testing interviews with our clickable prototype
Key result 3: Incorporate user testing into the pre-launch plan
Objective: Successfully launch BoBo
Key result 1: Launch product by X date
Key result 2: Achieve NPS of 8.0
Key result 3: Complete X trips
Key result 4: Launch product with X% of initial prioritized/determined features
